Every time I have traveled to the Eau Claire area in Wisconsin I have chosen Hampton inn due to the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is exceptional! On my last trip I had an unexpected error come up and the staff was more than willing to work with me I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the area! If you're looking to be closer to 10 to the mall this may not be the place but I don't mind the drive through the area to get to attraction spots! You are super close to gas stations and food there is a McDonald's literally on the other side of the parking lot and Burger King across the street! Love my time here!

The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice, her name was Hope and she was very pleasant and welcoming, as well as being interested in what had brought us over to Wisconsin from Minnesota. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but fine, and very clean. The location is great, very close (walking distance) to a variety of restaurants and 3 miles from the Pablo Center (we had come over to see a show at the Pablo Center) it's also quite accessible to the interstate.

Very clean - like Monika clean 😃 Breakfast looked very good, although we were not able to stay for breakfast. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup removing wipes. The shower had two heads - overhead and hand-held which is very convenient for the girls who don’t want to get their hair wet. Maybe consider adding a shower cap to the toiletries.

The pool was wonderfully warm, felt like 88 - just perfect for my arthritis exercises. I could have stayed all day. The hot tub was slightly overwarm but did good for my back. Breakfast was very good. My room was excellent & close to the pool, and the cookies were terrific. The walk in shower was so helpful & felt wonderful!

Hotels make my anxiety so awful. THIS HOTEL I was comfortable! The floors weren’t sticky. The room didn’t feel damp. It was well lit! It was clean. The breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the waffle topping options. The eggs were good. The surfaces were clean. The AC worked well. The people were lovely.
